Chic & Basic Bruc Apartments Barcelona

In verità le immagini sul sito corrispondono a quello che abbiamo trovato,ma lo stato di conservazione non era dei migliori.Il bagno lasciava un pò a desiderare sia come pulizia che come stato conservativo;in sostanza abbiamo provato la sensazione di delusione.Di conseguenza il rapporto qualità-prezzo risulta basso. Peccato...perchè la 'location'avrebbe potuto essere carina per davvero!!!

Limpeza muita deficiente. Aquando da chegada, tachos, frigideiras, copos, talheres, estavam em muito mau estado ou não existiam em nr suficiente para um apartamento de 4 pessoas. Tendo sido substituidos no dia seguinte.

This was my first time traveling to Barcelona/Europe and I relied heavily on reviews when booking places, so I will try my best to write a detailed review. First off, we paid a decent price for a good location. From the Barcelona Airport, we were able to take the blue Aerobus that made multiple stops around town. The closest stop was Pl Catalunya which was approximately a 10min walk with our luggage to the apartments. If you take the metro, there is the Uriquinanoa stop right outside the apartments which works out great as well. If you are curious, the Aerobus was only 4.25 euros one way, the metro was about 1.50 euros one way, and a taxi is about 30 euros to or from the airport. The metro and Aerobus start running at about 5-530am and end around midnight so plan accordingly or else you will have to pay for an expensive cab ride. The place was clean. It was spacious for 4 people. The bedroom was a little small for 2 people and luggage, but there was space outside in the living room where the sofa bed was located. The apartment we stayed in was cute...with wooden floors and a brick wall and ceiling. It had double glass doors that opened to a view of the street below which was nice to get fresh air, but it could be noisy with the cars passing by. The place had AC, TV, a kitchen with plates, pots, dishwasher, microwave and fridge...so it was well equipped. We only stayed one night, but if we stayed longer, we would have went to the supermarket and just cooked our meals to save money since there was a kitchen. The location was very convenient. It was walking distance to La Rambla and all of the other shopping streets nearby. If you wanted to travel around town, you could buy an all day metro pass for ~5 euros since the metro stop is right across the street. The only cons about the place was that it did not come with any of the basic toiletries like most places do (i.e. soap, shampoo, conditioner). You also have to email ahead of time and call the day you want to check-in because there is no lobby/receptionist like a regular hotel. The apartment managers need to come out there and meet you to give you a key to the place. The guy was 30min late so that was a little annoying having to stand out in the street with our luggage waiting for him. Also, there is an elevator, but to get to the apartments you need to take the stairs (about 1-2 flights) so be prepared for that. Also, make sure you look up the location on a map (preferrably google maps since you can get a street view and familiarize yourself with the location) ahead of time. The location is not very obvious aside from a black gate and a tiny 16 up in the top corner. Overall, I would recommend the place and stay there again. Happy Vacationing!
