Fantastic location , friendly staff made it a great long weekend hotel.

Nous avons reçu un tres bon accueil, le personnel sympatique et souriant, la chambre était très confortable, la salle de bain bien quoi qu'un peu vieille, elle aurai besoin d'un petit rafraichissement. L'emplacement est idéal si le but de votre séjour est le shopping, l'hotel se trouve dans une rue très animé avec un nombre considérable de magasin et boutique de marque.

Hôtel calme très propre et très bien situé. Petit déjeuner très copieux et satisfaisant (laitages, fruits frais etc...) Petit bémol : le personnel pas toujours disponilble et aimable; notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure fermée, on peut être incommodé par les bruits dans le hall tôt le matin si l'on dort la fenêtre ouverte.

Hotel has a central location and is just a short walk to many landmarks and very close to all forms of public transportation. The hotel had excellent customer service, they even recommended a restaurant (The Attic) that was the great food and an amazing rooftop terrace located in the middle of Las Ramblas. The only downside was that the A/C wasnt working great so if you are going in the summer, this is something to keep in mind. The rooms were very clean and the premium rooms were nicely decorated. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone that wants to be right in the Heart of Barcelona without spending a fortune.

The location could not be better for three women traveling, close to everything. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet along with the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and enough to keep us going all day. But it was the front desk person, [...], that really made our day. He greeted us every morning with smiles and a laugh that would start our day. He went out of his way to help us with restaurants and things not to miss, but he really came to our rescue when we didn't have the correct adapters for the electric, just imagine three women without a flat iron, telephones, or Kindle. Thank you [...]!

Great hotel in a GREAT location just next to placa catalunya and in the heart of shopping area!!everything was excellent,the staff friendly and helpful!!totally recommend it if you want to be in the city centre!!i will go again to the same hotel sometime!!

Hotel y habitación muy amplio y limpio, ubicación inmejorable: a 2min de la pza Catalunya, La Rambla, La Catedral pero sin ruido por la noche. Lo recomiendo!

Un hôtel magnifique ainsi que le personnel souriant et très professionnel. A recommander le petit déjeuner buffet.

the room was clean and recently renovated in eurostyle, but it was dark and poorly lit. however, our only real disappointment was that the window opened onto a skylight well, instead of to the outside. judging from the fire escape floor plan in the room, the hotel seems to have a lot of these interior rooms. the lobby and bar area were pleasant. the breakfast was very good, and was set up in an attractive (and heated) tent out in the patio. the location is very central and convenient.

la salle de bains sentait un peu le renfermé en arrivant : souhait d'une aération plus efficace ou d'une bougie pour parfumer. bonne prestation par ailleurs, service impeccable.
