Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rigihof Zurich

Booked this hotel as an emergency and discovered they had severely overbooked their rooms. Before we were put up in a hotel at another location, we had a drink in the hotel's bar and were disgusted by the extremely rude behaviour of the bar keeper. The guy was lucky I didn't punch him!!

Nice hotel, but doesn't deserve the "boutique" title! The staff is amazing, really friendly and helpful. Nice rooms (each one is unique), but really cramped shower stalls. Close to a tram stop, and zurich is such a small city that location hardly matters. Good for a quick and comfy stay at a no frills price.

Small room. Fine. No AC. Noisy above street. Good value though if you get in cheap.

Ich hatte ein kleines aber sehr praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit schönem Bad, Balkon zur Straße und sogar einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee. Angenehm wäre noch, wenn das WLAN gratis wäre.

The location is ideal for a Zurich trip, its clean, staff is good but the road noise is super super loud, the temperature was such that we had to keep windows open as there isn't any air-conditioning (in a 4*, who would have thought!!) you can hear every lorry, tram, bus, car, bicycle, ambulance. No sleep guaranteed. We complained and they gave us a silent side room, was also good, not much noise can be heard, but they did charge us 50 bucks a night extra over the agreed rate.

Good location but very noisy as the hotel is on the main road where the trams are ran. Value for money in Zurich though.

The staff at this hotel was very helpful especially condidering English is not their first language. They knew enough to help me on my trip

We were just there for one night on a quick stopover and found this Hotel to be very modern and cozy and convenient. The service was excellent, warm and very friendly and I would absolutely refer this place to anyone coming through Zurich. The room was so welcoming and inviting. The only downside was that the duvet was a little small for the bed and the beds were stiff, but that's a personal preference. I can't say enough good things about the staff, though! They were superb!

L'hôtel a conservé son caractère particulier (chaque chambre est décorée en référence à un personnage historique né ou ayant vécu à Zurich). Les chambres de base sont de taille correcte, la catégorie supérieure vraiment spacieuse. Le bruit du tramway peut en gêner certains ; on s'y fait facilement. Le restaurant a été récemment réaménagé, je ne peux pas dire que le résultat m'enthousiasme mais la carte, classique et limitée, reste de belle qualité. Le service est efficace et plutôt bon enfant ; les employés dépannent volontiers les clients en mal de matériel électrique. Un point fort de l'hôtel est sa situation, sur la ligne 10 du tramway qui le relie à l'aéroport et à la gare centrale.

A really central location, 20 mins walk from the city centre and almost by a tram stop. Very useful for travelling in the city around the area. Even though we were on a main road and right outside roadworks, they did not disturb us, and did provide some amusement. The hotel room was well equiped and very clean, and staff on the reception desk were very polite and helpful. This is a hotel I would recommend to anyone.
