Fantastic Hotel
Everything was perfect. Old style upscaled hotel with all the amenities of a modern hotel. Rooms are very clean, and bed is extremely comfortable. Perfect location in the central station area with tram and bus service to everywhere in basel and its airport.

Great price an old building updated to modern
We selected the hotel because we like the look and feel of an older building that has been tastefully updated to model while preserving the old "feel". Great location! The best security system I have seen in any hotel; simple to use but affords excellent protection. Menu is limited and did not change during our two days.

Short walk from hotel
Its Europe so many things do not open on Sunday and attractions open from around 1200H to 1600H. Some restaurants are not open. During the week lots of shopping, sight seeing, and interesting things to explore.

Quaint
The hotel in the center of town was perfect. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and transportation. Wish other breakfast options were available. 28 Euro was a little much. Wish we would have planned to stay more nights.

Hotel Euler
Room was beatuiful and peaceful and bathroom was huge with lots of day light. Location is by train station very convenientely connected with all trams.

Worth the stay
Excellent location less than a block from the SBB. Rooms quiet and clean, comfortable bed, staff helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location-on same square as train
Excellent and quick check-in. Apples in hallway as well as a coffee machine. Also tea. View was of the back of ugly neighboring buildings.

Superbement placé sur la place
Superbement placé sur la place de la Gare, cet hôtel modeste à l'entrée somptueuse rend service au voyageur qui ne passe qu'une nuit à Bâle, en transit par exemple. Chambre très calme et petit déjeuner servi en buffet très copieux. Nous retournerons à cet hôtel si l'occasion se représente.

Great location, adjacent Basle Railway station and tram stops, but rooms were very small and hot in mid summer, facilities at the adjoining Euler Hotel excellent

Obviously the basic rooms for
Obviously the basic rooms for the hotel on the square. We were shocked when we arrived but the service made it stayable. Breakfasts were great. noisy but central. and the most cost effective option we could find. not sure we would stay there again.. it was like a clean YHA but much more expensive.
