Super hotel
L'hotel est vraiment très bien avec une superbe vue sur toute la ville! Hotel un peu décentré mais à 500m de la place Marques Pombal (avec la station des fameux bus touristiques). Un service impeccable comme par exemple en surprise, un gateau d'anniversaire avec crémant à notre retour dans la chambre! Le point négatif serait le prix un peu excessif du petit déjeuner. Mais si vous préférez, un joli centre commercial juste en face vous permet de déjeuner moins cher.

Les petits déjeuners sont exagérément cher. Le lit n'était pas trés confortable (on sentait les ressorts)

Welcoming and Friendly Service
Made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived at the hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming, dealt with any needs immediately. Accidentally broke the curtain rail in my room but was efficiently fixed by staff without charge. Would definitely book the hotel again. The only downside is the location being on top of a hill from the city centre so make sure you wear study footwear!

not five stars... barely three...
Friendly staff in a not so central location. The hotel does not come close to its five star grade. It looks nice but fails to deliver. Beds are rock hard, clean surfaces but mold in the shower is not nice. Staff failed to deliver skin lotion to the room that was missing. Could not find shower cream, shampoo or skin lotion in the Spa (which has a very strange layout - for extra charge). Request to book a table was fulfilled only after a reminder. Service in the bottom floor restarant was so bad that we avoided all meals at the hotel after the first evening. Had it been a three star hotel the stay had been ok, but now our expectations were set higher and the greater disappointment.

Go for a fado evening in the old town, Alfama, and aim for a small restaurant and you will have wonderful evening.

tolles hotel mit super aussicht über lissabon
tolles hotel, super aussicht über lissabon, buslinie 711 direkt vor der haustüre, der fährt direkt in die innenstadt, im 19. stock befindet sich eine sky- lounge, wo gratis getränke und kaffee konsumiert werden kann (problem: die nachfüllung ist aber mangelhaft in der sky-lounge), die öffnungszeiten des kleinen wellness-bereiches ist von 10.30-21.00, also nicht ideal für einen gute morgen start, ansonsten ist das hotel zum empfehlen

Hotel does not cater well for tourists
The hotel caters mainly for business users and the main restaurant is not open at weekends. Room not ready at arrival Bath towels not changed Sat/Sun/Mon (despite asking front desk) The location is a 15 min walk all uphill from the Metro

Hotel excelente, mesmo em frente
Hotel excelente, mesmo em frente ao Centro Comercial das Amoreiras. Perfeito para um fim de semana de negócios ou lazer em Lisboa.
