Hotel Mercure Warszawa Grand

Hotellet har ett bra läge. Nära till mycket.Trevlig personal som kan prata bra engelska. Rent och fräscht. Mycket god frukost, men den är alldeles för dyr. Man äter billigare middagar ute på stan än frukosten på hotellet. Sängarna var lite för hårda för min smak, men stora och fina rum.Underhållning i baren vissa kvällar.

Definitely a great stay. The hotel is central to everything . The staff was wonderful, room large, very clean and quiet. Bedding very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to my friends.

We were very satisfied with the hotel Mercure Grand. Warsaw center felt very safe and the centrer was easily accessible from the hotel by walking. 20 minute walk to Łazienki Park (Łazienki Królewskie), 10 minute walk to Palace of Culture and Science and shopping streets. Nice restaurants near by.

Location: Centrally located in downtown Warsaw with easy access to public transportation and restaurants. Hotel: Older building but kept in very good condition. Overall the hotel was always clean, quiet and safe. Rooms are fairly large by European standards with modern amenities, kept in good condition and very clean. Breakfast: Not included with my reservation but a continental breakfast was available for an additional cost of 35 PLN. The food was very good with a large variety of hot and cold options. I recommend it, especially for those who may not have time to go to a restaurant or coffee shop in town. Price is comparable to other places in the city. Fitness facility: Very small with a limited amount of equipment. Contained one rack of free weights, a treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, and stairmaster. It was adequate for me since I was the only one there, however, if more than two people are using the facility, I think it would be a problem due to limited space and equipment. Internet: Free basic wifi internet is available but it was so slow it was unusable. I could not even open a single webpage on my laptop so it was pretty much useless. They have a "premium" internet connection available for an additional fee, of course. As a business traveler, this was a problem because I needed to do some work in the evenings. Apparently this has been an ongoing issue that other guests have mentioned in their evaluations of this hotel. A manager replied to one posting saying they are aware of this and their IT department was working on the problem. It does not seem to be a priority, however, as this was some time ago. I ended up going to a Starbucks to use the internet which was about a ten minute walk away. Staff: Courteous and business-like. Overall: decent hotel conveniently located in downtown but nothing extraordinary. Would consider staying again for a night or two depending on price. If booking online, I recommend checking prices frequently as I have noticed that they vary considerably from day to day.

Huone oli tilava ja hauska. Suihkutilat olivat hienosti lasitetut. Loistava palvelu respassa, saimme jatkoaikaa, kun paluulento oli vasta illalla. Mukava kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin. Pieni ja lyhyt miinus tulee edelliseen asukkaan jälkeen tyhjentämättömästä roskiksesta.

The room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and the central location. All the main sights were within the walking distance. The only con was the terrible price of breakfast. For the 70 PLN price you can easily have a three course dinner or 6 good breakfasts in the nearby restaurants like we did. But overall it was a fantastic stay and I am glad to be able to visit this hotel after four weeks.

L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au centre historique ( env. 10 minutes à pied # et des artères commerçantes # nowy swiat, Marszalkowska, etc #.Les chambres sont modernes, propres et claires.La salle de bain est originale par ses deux baies vitrées. Pas de bruit malgré la présence d'une avenue importante.Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié # choix de plats slaves type hareng, saumon ) et de bonne qualité.La salle à manger est vaste mais agréablement agencée donnant l'impression d'intimité par des séparations sous forme de rideaux suspendus.Bonne prestation

This very modern and comfortable hotel was an affordable treat with nice clean rooms and a helpful friendly staff. Located away from old town in a nice quite neighborhood we loved this place and this town

we arrived after 10am tired after a night without sleep. there was "no room ready for us".though hotel did not seem to be alive. We came back at 3pm very tired. We were assigned to a room on the first floor. window shades were closed as not to see what is going on behind! An unspecified triangle construction and hundreds of cigarette-ends- an open-air ash-tray. When I demanded to change the room the answer was that is the type (standard) we ordered.. Only after protest the gentleman "found 4 other rooms and we took one of them.Bed was very comfortable.the rest certainly not 4 star grand..
