NH Guadalajara Collection

Overall we had a good experience. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but starting to show wear and tear like scratches on the floors and furniture and a slow draining bathroom sink. With the AC on acting as white noise, the room was very quiet. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in the room. The hotel is located in a plaza that has several restaurants and banks, a movie theater and a few stores. The only problem was that the preauthorization they made to our credit card upon check-in for extra charges (the room was prepaid) was still open a few days after we left. Make sure they close it before you leave!

I checked in for one night and arrived in a group of 12 people at 1:00. Upon returning from a quick lunch before a meeting the lady who checked me in called me over by name to inform me a man had come in to meet with me. She contacted the gentleman and arranged for us to meet. This is just one example of the service provided. Room was impeccable and had a different but welcome layout from the typical hotel room layout.

Stayed here overnight on a business trip. Everyone was super friendly from the bellboy to the receptionist, to the waiter in the lounge. Smiles all around. The hotel is host to a lot of business people doing their daily lives and a great spot to meet and hang out. I was unable to get a king size bed, because of the occupancy, but they were very accomodating and allowed me a late check-out with no charges attached. The rooms are very modern and spacious, it is def.5 star, the bathroom itself was hugh. And I didn't miss the King size bed, I had 2 brand new twins to choose from. I felt very at home there, even though spanish is not my nantive language, there was always someone from the hotel willing and able to translate into english for me. Only positive critiscism is that the french fries were terrible!! Lol, they must have been boiled in oiled as opposed to fried.on the other hand, I requested watermelon juice and they didn't have any but made it for me anyways. I will be staying here again.

this hotel is a few months old, and is in really good condition everything was clean, location was perfect there is a lot of good restaurants walking distance and they have the best argentinian restaurant right there at the hotel, the breakfast buffet was excelent i recomend you get it with your hotel package, the service was really good there is really nothing bad i can saiy about this hotel, i loved it and i will be back, the only negative i can find is there is no pool to relax in a warm city like guadalajara.

This hotel is absolutely perfect, the only thing I can think of is that it doesn't have a pool. I stayed at the Hilton and after that I went to the NH Collection, I will always stay at the NH Collection. It is far better value than the Hilton, the people are friendly and you can't beat the location. This hotel felt like home sweet home!

My experience at the hotel are magnificent. It had a great location and the rooms are wonderful. In the same area there are different restaurants near to satisfy a variety of foods. The personal that attend the front desk are very polites and try to satisfy all of our petitions.

very nice staff but the hotel needs a pool!!! theyre still working on the parking structure and some side shops other than that everything was super clean and lovely people

New hotel with great rooms, nice design, very good kitchen and restaurants. The prices for the taxi service is higher than the normal you get on other places.
