The Hotel was reasonable for a 4 star hotel but greatly spoilt by poor customer service & staff....

Good hotel, poor service & staff
The Hotel was reasonable for a 4 star hotel but greatly spoilt by poor customer service & staff. Hardly any of the staff spoke English and restaurant service is non existence. I stayed their for 3 nights and everytime I ate at the restaurant I had to ask for cutlery each time, also for breakfast, I had to ask the staff for tea each time rather than the staff approaching me first. The waiters/waitresses just stare at you rather than them to use their own initiative, I think it's lack of training. Also be careful when they allocate you a room as some rooms have computers which enable you to access free Internet, I was put in a room that didn't have one I only got to find out the day I was leaving. Insist on a room within the first five floors as these are the better rooms with the computers In them. I was sent to the 11th floor which were the poorer rooms. Sam
