Jade Garden Hotel Beijing

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen,monta nähtävyyttä lähellä,sekä metro kävely matkan päässä.Henkilökunta englannin kieli hyvä ja palvelu hyvä.

Hotel staff spoke okay English. Rooms were a bit old but comfortable. This is not a smoke free hotel, and you can not get a smoke free room. I am not sure if this is common in china or not, I don't have anything to compare the hotel to in china. Breakfast was good and offered a variety. I would stay in this hotel again. 2 complimentary bottles of water, did have CNN and a movie channel in English. People kept talking about going down an alley to get to the hotel, but I never saw this alley. Hotel we right off the street. It is right own the road from a shopping mall and the nine market (where they offer different foods on the street like scorpion, snake, etc...)

The location is the reason to stay here. Easy to all the sites both walking, metro or cab. Staff is friendly and helpful. But if you want to feel like you are in China/Beijing then a Hutong is where to stay. If you want easy access to Beijing sights then this hotel is great.

Jade Garden on siisti, viihtyisä hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Ja paikallista kieltä taitamattomalle tärkeä asia oli kielitaitoinen henkilökunta (resepcionissa) joka olikin erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Suosittelemme mielellämme muillekin keskeistä sijaintia arvostavalle. Miinusta oli suhteellisen kallis aamiainen sekä lobby baarin korkeat hinnat.

Bon hôtel, situé à côté de la cité interdite, de la grande rue piétonne, du marché de nuit, et du métro ! Chambres très propres, juste un peu petites pour trois ! Sinon, je n'ai rien à redire. Et superbe petit déjeuner. Idéal pour visiter pékin.

Het Jade Garden hotel is een prima middenklasse hotel. Door de centrale ligging zijn veel bezienswaardigheden ook te voet goed te bereiken. De verboden stad en het plein van de hemelse vrede liggen op zo'n 10 minuten loopafstand. In de directe omgeving zijn er veel leuke restaurantjes te vinden, buiten eten kan op de avondmarkt in de straat waar allerlei exotische snacks worden verkocht.

Great location between Forbidden City and Wangfujing, but this is a "locally" run hotel with all that that means in China. The staff were OK but they do lack a degree of customer service and attention that you would normally expect. The rooms are pretty spartan, well in need of renovation and come complete with the almost obligatory rock hard bed. I travel to Beijing frequently and i always like to try out new places, but i am unlikely to revisit this one.

I was there for only 3 nights, very central location - staff is very friendly and most of them speak english.. rooms are clean, you have a pc in each room for internet access (or use yours with a cable LAN). I didn't have a chance to try the pool or the restaurant there..

The hotel is dirty (there was even a crock roach trap in our room), the personnel barely speaks english and is unwilling to help out with their limited english, the area is convenient to the main attractions.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is really close to the forbidden city and Wangfujing street. It was easy to have things to see just by walking around the area. The room has complimentary water and soft drinks which is very convenient in the summer. The air condition was very quiet so we were able to get a nice sleep. The hotel staff did not speak english very well. The only problem we had was that it was very difficult to get to the hotel, no taxi driver new the address, even at the airport information center they told us that the hotel was not picking up the phone and they did not know where the address of the hotel is. So we had to search for it on Google Maps and show the way to the driver, it was very unconvinient and we wasted a couple of hours at the airport because of this, so be prepared with a printed map with the location of the hotel if you stay here.
