Hotellet tillhandahåller telefax. Personalen i turistinformationsdisken finns alltid till hands för att ge dig information om staden och dess vackra sevärdheter som du kan besöka. Det finns dessutom ett solarium på den stora terrassen.

- Strategically located in the heart of Rome, the Marcella Royal Hotel is served by a wide net of transportation which allows to reach every side of the city. The hotel is located at a walking distance by the main city Railway station and close to the underground stop "Repubblica". In a few minutes you can easily reach Via Veneto, The Borghese Park, the National Museum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. The hotel is furthermore located next to the former residence of the roman poet Sallustius, now headquarter of the Italian Chamber of Commerce.

A great choice!
The Marcella staff is welcoming and helpful, particularly [...] at the front desk/concierge station. The rooms are beautiful and a solid value for expensive Rome. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop garden--beautiful flowers, great, friendly service ([...]) and wonderful food and drinks. I heartily recommend the Marcella to travelers looking for a first class, refined but relaxed hotel experience without the outrageous expense of the more well-known Roma hotels.

Short walk from hotel
The Marcella is away from the tourist areas so you have the neighborhood, quiet feel in bustling Rome. Nevertheless it's a medium walk or exciting taxi ride to anywhere in the city

This was a pretty ordinary hotel. The receptionist was chaotic and a little rude but the rest of the staff were fine. Room and breakfast were acceptable and the location was good.

Very old friends
sound and nice
Pleasant hotel but away from buzz of Roman life and not well served by public transport. No Gym. Breakfast is very basic served until 10.00, smoking is permitted (i.e. unpleasant for non-smokers) and the room terrace is nowhere as nice as on the picture. The fact that we could have only one key for the room was difficult to manage as we were not necessarily doing things at the same time

Nice Location, friendly staff
The front desk hotel staff were very friendly and spoke english well, even had a sense of humor. The rooms were Ok, very small, with a shower that I don't think a heavy person would even be able to get into. I booked as a 4 star, but I would not rate it that way - maybe a 3.

Short walk from hotel
Fortunately, in Rome there are restaurants and shopping everywhere, and this was close to alot of restaurants. It wasn't a real long walk to some of the tourist attractions and so we did get alot of exercise.

Weary traveler
Marcella Royal - a delight
Location was great, staff was accommodating, hotel was clean and neat, beautiful roof garden overlooking the city, good breakfast. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We would stay again if and when we return to Rome.

Entre piazza republica et porte pia - chambre standard de taille non criticable - propre - sdb propre - principal intérêt : terrasse ensoleillé pour le petit déjeuner ou dîner mais déjeuner pas possible - service moyen mais pour 125€ par nuit, ça reste ok

Very friendly staff
The reason I choose this hotel was because of the location and rooftop dining. Location could have been better. It claims to be within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, which it is, but it's a 20 minute walk. Buses to all attractions were conveniently accessible 2 blocks from the hotel. Overall the hotel was excellant.
