The 4 Star La Residenza in Farnese is your home in Rome offering a pleasant stay with a friendly homely atmosphere and the charm of an ancient house. Located between Piazza Farnese and Via Giulia in the exclusive Prati District. This old monastery houses a beautiful hotel of 31 rooms in their original layout. Fitted with poor art furniture made in the northern Italian region of Veneto; antique furniture restored by skilful artisans and decorated with fine china and glassware. The splendid frescoes that embellish some rooms contribute to create an atmosphere of past times. The passion for art and restoration by the two ladies who run the Residenza in Farnese with particular care offer guests a warm and prestigious welcome. Every room has a private bathroom and is equipped with most modern comforts. The professional hotel staff will do their best to satisfy all guests requirements with courtesy. The hotel has on site parking at a cost of 30 EUR per night. EXC; Vans or four wheel drive vehicles pay from 40 EUR per night. Additional Information; Please inform the hotel of your expected arrival times. Children age 3 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Great Location!

Staff was professional and accommodating. Our room was small but clean. Our roome was on the back of the building facing the garden. Unfortunately, the building adjoining the hotel was being renovated with scaffolding being set up outside our window. Hotel is conveniently located to most all major attractions as well as several popular piazzas. Good area of town with many restaurants/shops to choose from. Breakfast was great in a beautifully decorated dining room! Enjoyed our stay!
