Fiamma Hotel Rome

It was fine. I only slept there. I still need eighteen characters for the review.

The area was comfortable and more like a neighborhood than a tourist area. Conveniently located by all forms of transportation. The breakfast was plentiful and they had a good selection. The rooms were a little worn but clean and comfortable.

Horrible hotel, bad smell. very rude staff. The only good thing about this place is the location. I don't recommend this place to nobody. Please research and get a different hotel for you vacations in Rome. VERY DIRTY

Less or poor public relation by receptionists. The room i was given was just too small with the two bed place by the wall with no room for movement. despite having paid the mandatory manucipla tax prior to my visit, i was double charge again on check-out by the receptionist that just refused to read a copy of my prior payment, thus i paid again a 2 Euro per nights twice(just to avoid creating a major scene and not waste my time with a staff that just can't read. Hotel is located at the city center close to the main train station and does good location for sight seeing.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at Fiamma Hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to the Termini station or Republic Plaza. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. The service however, was not impressive. The staff was abrupt and definitely did not go out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.

Close to Termini but on a quiet street. Awesome breakfast and clean spacious rooms with a marble shower fit for an Emperor.

My single room was small with little to recommend it for the price. The toilet was stuck against the wall and the sheets weren't changed in 3 nights. A smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the hallways from somewhere. Overall, pretty ordinary - for almost $A100 a night!

Rooms were dated, and smoky. Had to wait two hours beyond check in time for a room to be ready, and then received a room with a terrible smoke smell and a bellied bed. Requested a nonsmoking room, but the best they could provide was one that had been cleaned, and it was better, the bed was at least not sunken in. The furniture was still outdated and not that clean, however, the bathroom was exceptionally clean.

So I walked from termiini station to hotel fiamma...which then was told there was no room at fiamma and had to go to hotel sviglia...there was no internet, the front desk clerk..a young girl was on the phone everytime i walked by and would not put phone down to answer my questions...she was definitely on a personal call..crazy! The room was painfully small..no bidet...I feel that i should have been compensated for not being to access internet when at fiamma there was internet. there was no mini bar, was rather disappointed..also the bed was horrible...it had a metal bar in middle of bed..by the way two twin beds were pushed together...what a night mare..i wanted a double/queen and got this...

No good hotels in Rome that are very nice, this is a great location right next to termini. You get what you pay for. But the desk service was very nice. Kept clean in the rooms which is good.
