Nice hotel
This hotel is very nice, and located in a central location to the Vatican. Walked to the Vatican every day, and on the way there were many places to shop and eat along the main street. There were also many street vendors selling everything you could think of for reasonable prices. The Metro was only a few blocks away. The hotel staff were very accommodating with finding places to go, tours, maps, etc. Make sure if you state how many people are in your room because you need to have a room with that many beds.

There are restaurants right on the same street, as well as a take out sandwich place that had amazing sandwiches, salads, drinks, etc.

STAFF WAS FANTATIC
THIS WAS A GOOD LOCATION FOR MY HUSBAND AND I. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, HELPFUL UPBEAT. HOWEVER, WITH GROUPS OF TOUR THAT BOOKED THERE STAY AT THE HOTEL , IT BECAME A HERD OF CATTLE DURING BREAKFAST TIME. BLOCKING STEPS, MY HUSBAND FELL DOWN THE STEPS DUE TO THE LACK OF SUPERVISION. I DID NOT APPRECIATE PAYING FOR THE INTERNET SERVICE AT THE COST OF ROOMS.

Whirlwind Rome visitor
A nice stay for hurried travellers
A great staff welcomed us to the hotel, the only issue (not sure who's side was behind schedule) was that the hotel staff did not have my reservation confirmed. Was quickly resolved when the receptionist let me step behind the desk to open my e-mail to retrieve booking confirmation. The American breakfast was a perfect way to ease into starting the day of trvelling throughout Rome. Location was great, would be happy to stay again.

Great hotel !
The hotel has a great location with restaurants, a metro stop, bus stops, and other amenities within a 10 minute walk. The front desk staff and all four concierges that we dealt with were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and provided great service. To top it all off, the American style breakfast buffet is provided free with the room charge and has fantastic food choices and is open for 4 hours every morning. We would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again.

Excelente. Cambio diario de ropa
Excelente. Cambio diario de ropa de cama y baño. Habitación muy confortable. A unos minutos del Vaticano. Alrededores con multitud de restaurantes. Noches descanso sin ruidos. Muy bien comunicado transporte urbano. !Bravo!

Cicerone Hotel Rome
The Hotel Cicerone is in a great location. It is only 3 blocks away from the Metro and walking distance to the Castle SantAngelo and Vatican. The rooms are modest but clean and the staff was extremely accomodating. I've stayed in Rome before in both terrible hotels and luxurious hotels. The hotel Cicerone is somewhere in the middle. I would definetely stay here again.

Great shopping only a block away on Via Rienzo. There is clothes shopping and a supermarket as well.

Good location, modern amenities
Good location, convenient to ATMs, metro, and sites. The hotel was modern and comfortable and the rooms were left immaculately clean every day. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate, but they could change the menu a little from day to day. I was surprised that I had to pay for internet service, and it was quite expensive. Overall, good value and comfortable room.

Got a very average room overlooking
Got a very average room overlooking the peeling paint in courtyard and the fire stairs, after complaining got moved to a nice room. Average service for a four star hotel. Wouldn't stay there again.
