Location next to the ferrovia was helpful. Great (!) gelatto stand on the corner. Room was clean and comfortable. The large garden courtyard was a nice surprise--great for getting away from the busy front street.

I heart it the best thing is staff were very friendly and helpfull, amezing location... right accross from the train station..... within walking distance of mini restaurants and shopping center very quite and nice garden to chill at night...

We were there for a little break, to see the city etc.
Nice hotel, good room, breakfast fine, restaurant also very good.
We liked the bikes which we could use from the hotel, because its about 15 minutes walking to the centre and now we could see everything, going by bike.

E' molto vicino alla Fiera. Raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale in autobus in circa 30 inuti. Il prezzo in promozione lo rende molto conveniente. Personale della concierge molto professionale.

I found my stay at the hotel to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were very kind and helpful with travel advice and providing information on upcoming venues in the city. Overall I would say that there was nothing missing in my experience.

Two things I found fault with one there was no information pack in the room to tell you about the hotel and it's facilities also what tourist attractions where nearby,the second thing was the breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic there should be a staff member to meet and greet you and show you to your table,apart from these minor things everything else was great.

Ottimo hotel specialmente se preso in offerta; moderna e bella struttura con camere nuove e ben arredate. Non proprio adatta se ci si deve spostare in centro e non si ha la macchina. Zona tranquilla, vicinissimo alla fiera.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel prior to a meeting in Parma. I spent one night at at hotel in Fieri that is supposed to be near the airport (BLQ). The Carlton and nearby area is far superior. You pay more, but you'll get some back on the cab fare. The breakfast is great, elsewhere is not so good.
NOTE: If your wife is along, you may pay more due to shopping.

Perfect location, steps from the Piazza Maggiore. Friendly and helpful staff. The first room we were assigned had a faulty AC, with a loud rasping noise, but they switched us to another room. When I called before our stay to ask if the airport bus stopped near the hotel, I was erroneously informed that the bus goes only to the train station. In fact, it does stop a three-minute walk from the hotel.

Mycket trevlig hotell knappt 100 meter från Plaza Maggiore. Trådat internet på alla rum, wifi receptionen, mycket bra frukost. Rummet var trevligt och svalt. Enda klagomålet är att luftkonditioneringen väsnades.

The hotel was a short walk from the train station, and convenient to sight seeing areas. I paid less than $100 per night and was surprised at how nice the place was. Although single rooms are often small, hot, etc, mine was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the air conditioner worked! Fantastic buffet breakfast, and courteous, professional staff.

We stayed for 2 nights. Staff were very helpful and polite. Ate in Restaurant 3 times - food very good. Nice buffet breakfast. Room was spacious and clean.
Nice pool and cafe/bar. Plenty of parking spaces. Hotel a bit dated, could do with a facelift - but for the money we paid was good value.
Beware if you want to go into Bologna there is only parking for residents, so you would need to catch a bus which takes about 15 minutes. All in all a very good hotel.

This is a well presented property that is quite new. The staff were exceptionally helpful with any query we had. The breakfasts were great, the restaurant quite good and the prices reasonable. It is some distance from the town centre but we had a car so it did not matter. There is a nearby bus service that can be used.

The hotel is in a perfect location for anyone using a rental car. There is ample parking and the walk into the city center is only about 30 minutes.

Biggest suprise accomodation of our holiday. Loved it. In fact, we changed our itinerary so we could stay here a second night.
Rooms were immaculate with all the modcons, food was great, staff over the top helpfull, and the price really seemed cheap compared to the rest of our holiday. Maybe as it's in a smaller town and a little away from the CBD the price was down? I think we stayed on the 18th floor, so our view was great also.
