General
Menlo Park Hotel Galway hosts weddings in its romantic suite overlooking a landscaped garden and facilitated by expert planners. It also has a conference centre composed of meeting rooms with the latest audiovisual equipments. Nearby, Galway Shopping Centre is accessible for visitor's immediate needs.
Car parking is free of charge for approx 200 vehicles. It is on the hotel grounds.

3 days in Galway
I liked the convenience of the in hotel bar and restaurant. The room rate was very reasonable and parking was free. They also offered a discount on breakfast if paid in advance. If I'm out that way again, that's where I'll stay.

The hotel lobby is very nice and is somewhat deceiving. The lobby is modern and there is a nice bar. The rooms, however, are very basic and there is absolutely nothing special about them. Might as well have been in a Days Inn. DO NOT MAKE CALLS from your room either - I was charged $50 for a few local calls!!

Great staff, good central location
I messed up our arrival date, getting there a day early, late at night, tired and hungry. They were all booked up, but the staff went out of their way to help us find a place nearby and get something to eat. [...]The room was nice and we met ome nice people in the pub at the hotel.

Found the hotel very clean, staff very helpfull, bar food - good selection and of good quality. Liked the fact that they had evening entertainment.

The staff were very friendly &
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The lift was out of order but a porter was on hand to help with our luggage. Buffet breakfast was good. You can get a meal in the bar or at their restaurant. Also has a few takaway places nearby, Indian, Chinese etc. Beware if you have to make phone calls check your rates first. We were presented with a large bill for what we thought should have either been free or local call charges as we were using a calling card.
