All fashion no substance
Hotel Looked great but i think thats about it Look out for extras the there was no hot water Staff have a couldnt care less aproach to you and service is slow for it as if the staff are doing you a favour to serve you. I asked to speak to the manager about the hot water and was fobbed off with i will email you about some compensation and new never contacted.

Very Nice Hotel
The hotel was very nice, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. It was a few minutes outside of town, but the public trams are only about two blocks away and very reliable. They run every few minutes and go all over town and directly from the train station.

Short drive from hotel
Leidseplein Square was a very nice area. It was full of venders and food shops. Highly recommended from a local as one of the top spots to hang out. There is a bus/tram stop there on the way from the hotel.

Not as expected, and not in a good way.
The hotel and staff were 4 star, but other issues dropped my ranking to 2 stars. There was supposed to be wireless internet in the room, but the signal was so weak it kept dropping me, several times at just the wrong time so I couldn't work properly. The hotel staff tried to say the problem was with my computer, which worked fine elsewhere before and aftert this trip. The description says the hotel is approximately 2 miles from the airport, but the taxi cost 34 euros each way, so it's 2 miles as the bird flies. The location wasn't convenient. The quality of the room and amenities were excellent, but be warned about the loacation and internet.
