Hotellet erbjuder 17 flexibla mötesrum som är lämpade för små och stora tillställningar. Banketter på Novotel Hotel Amsterdam är en fantastisk upplevelse. Geteilte Meinung
Alle öffentlichen Räume wie Restauration, Bar, Réception etc. sind sehr schön und modern. Auch die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr freundlich, wenn auch im Frühstück nicht sehr erfahren, respektive schlecht ausgebildet. Sehr schwach und äusserst enttäuschend war die Sauberkeit in und um die Zimmer. Der Teppich im Korridor ist voller Flecken und schmuddelig, teilweise wurden einzelne Stücke des Teppichs mit einem ähnlichen ersetzt - aber auch diese sind schon wieder schmutzig. Im Zimmer waren mehrere grosse Brandflecken auf dem Teppich, Schläge in der Badwanne, die Lüftungen waren nicht sauber und die Abdeckgungen teilweise defekt. Am Föhn klebten noch Haare des Vorgängers. Die Taste der Toilettenspühlung wurde schon wochenlang nicht mehr richtig gereinigt. Einfach alles sehr schmuddelig und nicht gut unterhalten. Die Heizung war bei Anreise komplett ausgeschaltet und wurde am kommenden Tag vom Zimmermädchen wieder ausgeschaltet, sodass ich zwei Mal ein sehr kühles Zimmer hatte - notabene bei Aussentemparaturen von -10° C.

It was ok
The hotel was nice and the location was perfect. They need to work on customer's service. The hotel receptionists are not nice and helpful. They are not working together. We asked for a wake up call for the airport, they did not call us. We booked a tour with a receptionist., when we arrived by 8:45 am they told us, it was too late and did not offer to even help us. Finally we have another worker who called the place for us and ask us to take a taxi to get to the tour bus center. Also we were supposed to have breakfast and they did not give us the breakfast. In conclusion,we had a wonderful time and we did not let some unhappy people messed up our vacation!

A 100m dal capolinea del 4, l'Hotel
A 100m dal capolinea del 4, l'Hotel è in una zona di servizi e quindi non frequentabile nei dintorni. E' nello standard dei Novotel, quindi più che buono. Consigliabile ma ricordarsi di fare le strippenKart per evitare di pagare 2,60 euro per ogni biglietto fatto sul tram.

Novotel
20 minutes by Metro to Central Station. Aproximately same to airport by train. No taxi or rental car required, even with luggage. Staff were perfect and helpful. The breakfast option was worth the extra money.

Breakfast pricey. Hotel pricey given that it was under construction. Should be a nice hotel once hotel is rebuilt. Location close to train station so easy to go around. Safe neighborhood at night for walking.
