駅からも、旧市街へも徒歩圏内という好立地に加え、朝食もとても美味しく、フロントスタッフもとても親切でしたｌ。部屋もコンパクトながら、バスルームがしっかり暖房がきいていたり、コーヒー等のセットもあり、言うことなし。とても素敵なホテルでした。

A very nice and very clean hotel. Friendly staff and only a five minute walk from the tram, which took you directly to town. Very nice stay overall, would certainly stay here again.

We stayed only 1 night in order to catch early am flight. Very helpful staff. Tram tickets (with directions) available at the front desk. The desk clerk also showed me how to type '@' on a French keyboard.
Two minute walk to the tram. Very comfortable beds. Restaurant sandwiches were especially tasty even for France.
Minuses = no airport shuttle, no spare towels.

This was a brief overnight stop, the hotel was chosen for its location, parking and value, all three were met and I was very happy for the brief time I was there. Free wireless internet access was included with the price.

nous payons moins cher par votre biais et donc ne devons pas nous attendre aux plus belles chambres mais si la chambre que nous avons eu est louée au tarif normal c'est inadmissible : papier et champs des portes qui se décollent et qui pendouillent , aerations clim et vmc salle de bain très sales.
je trouve que des chambres dans cet état montre un manque de respect du client .
je sais que 50 chambres restent à renover dans cet hotel la notre en faisait partie c'est sûr.
sinon la literie comme dans tous les sofitel est excellente .

Situation enviable de l'hôtel, à mi-chemin entre la gare et le centre historique de Strasbourg. Accueil de qualité et surtout avec le sourire. Une grande chambre tout confort, moderne et bien agencée, propre et en état. Un cabinet de toilette dans le même esprit.
Très satisfait du séjour, je recommande cet hôtel. Je reviendrai

El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable, en plena plaza de la estación y a cinco minutos del centro. La habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. Una pena que la reserva no incluyera el desayuno.

The hotel is right across from the main train station in Strasbourg, and an easy walk to all the sights, good restaurants, etc. Just steps outside of the tourist area, so we weren't overwhelmed by tourists at every turn. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable, if not a bit small (but that's expected in most French hotels). Great bar for hanging out and relaxing! Gay friendly.

The cobble-stone alley into this hotel is a breathtaking walk into the past. Inside this antiquity is a delightful modern, well-operated and charming hotel. Our room was large, very clean and quite comfortable. Best of all, it is just across the bridge and away from the noisy bustle of Strasbourg but a two minute walk to all the excitement.

A beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt welcome and at home at all times. In the middle of a restaurant area and easy walking distance from all the sites. Trams to get you round and the people of the town were lovely :D

Très mauvaise réception de la télévision, impossible à régarder et écran tv très petit (a peine 37 cm ) , au vu du standing de l'hotel.
Contrairement à ce que j'avais réservé, je n'ai pas eu de grand lit, mais 2 lits jumeaux ....

Very nice room.
Nice helpful people at the entrance even though they had troubles (WIFI dead ... forgot to clean the room between the 2 nights)

the second bed is not really a bed but a bedding. Kids don't claim but for adults it is not really acceptable.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben leider kein anderes Zimmer bekommen, oder sonst ein entgegekommen...
Das Frühstücksbuffet war am letzten Morgen schon vor 9.00 Uhr ziemlich leer.

Une nuité agréable pour un séjour court comme le mien. Personnel très agréable et accueillant.
Bémol : chambre en face de l'ascenseur donc un peu plus bruyante que les autres sans doute.

Un peu excentré du centre de Strasbourg, l'hôtel est malgré tout facilement accessible.
La chambre est un peu petite mais est propre.
La literie est irréprochable !
La salle de bain est elle aussi petite mais très correcte.
Le seul point négatif est l'insonorisation mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de très bien dormir.
Je recommande pour toute escapade dans la jolie ville de Strasbourg.

車で利用したため、町の中心部から離れていても問題なかったが、近隣の駐車スペースが少なく苦労した。どこに駐車すべきかという点でスタッフのアドバイスはとても親切であった。ロビーなどは改装済であったが、宿泊した部屋の設備は若干古臭さがめだった。ただし問題になるほどではなかった。コストパフォーマンスは悪くない。

The Hotel was really clean and nicely modern equipped. In the studio there's even a kitchen corner with everything you need and a kettle.
The room was small and with two small beds for 2 people, but perfect for one night. There's was also a great working heater, so no points to complain.
The hotel has a parking area and the tram to the center is only a few minutes away.
The only think I complain about is the breakfast. Not well organised, there was not enough bread and even if we waited until they got some it wasn't enough for all... But as the breakfast is supplementary you can still go somewhere nice in the center to have it, so... At least the hotel people where very nice!

Excellent value for money. But still think a lot could be done with the spacious bathroom, there were no shower curtains or any retraint for the water and splashes whatsoever. No extractors in the bathroom too. Made the bathroom an uncomfortable place. Moreso with children, and no room cleaning!
Nothwithstanding, the location, cleanliness and service received at the desk were superb!

hotel correct pour le prix payé (53 €) mais surévalué pour le prix normal (80 € affichés à l'accueil). Un savon, pas de gel douche, pas de service de café dans la chambre (bouilloire et dosettes). les installations ne sont pas récentes. Un bon point pour l'accueil et pour le parking.
