Suite Novotel Paris Roissy CDG

The NOVOTEL chain is a good one. At Charles de Gaulle Airport, there are three NOVOTELS and it is confusing to find the one where you have your reservation. There should be more clarity or better designation on the reservation. Breakfast was very good and served and prepared well. The bathrooms in the room was small, too small, and the shower allows very little room to maneuver. But the hotel served its purpose of allowing us to return to the airport the next morning.

If you need to stay closefrom airport this is a very good option.

Had an overnight on the way back to the States. Our stay was great. Quiet comfortable room with a free airport shuttle from CDG. WiFi was fast and free too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, quiet, quick in/out, easy shuttle. WiFi is free and decent (a bit slow). A wired connection is also available and is better than the WiFi.

From the staff to the room, everything was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious, a perfect place to rest before an early flight. The location is also great, very close to the airport.

Good for over night nothing special except it is close to the airport.

Be careful there are 4 Novotel in Roissy Airport and nobody can tell you which bus goes to which hotel. It took me 2 hours to get to this hotel, when the purpose of taking a hotel IN the airport is to save time. The lady at the front desk is alone and does what she can but she has to do the check-in as well as charging the customers who want a sandwich and/or a beverage. $160 for that is just a joke. I am French leaving in the US and I am just ashamed of the poor service I received in my own country. You should avoid.

Had a fine experience at this basic airport hotel. Clean room, helpful staff, quick check-in and check-out, free bottle of water and okay muffin, convenient grocery items for sale in the lobby. Chose because it was reasonably priced and had decent reviews - I was not disappointed. Had to pay an extra state tax of Euro 2.40 on top of the quoted price (Euro 1.20 per person). Comfortable bed and a good hot shower. We did not choose to pay for breakfast, so I can't report on the quality. Shuttle is a large bus, and it was extremely convenient - comes every 20 minutes or so. We picked up the shuttle in the train terminal at CDG, and then took it back to Roissypole in the morning. Hotel lobby has screens indicating the approximate time of the next shuttle and flight departures. (Just a general comment that the signage is not good in the train station terminal, and the bus pickup is on the opposite side of the airport as the taxis! Once you get to the bus pickup, there is helpful signage showing you which bus to look for - this is Suite Novotel Roissy Village. And don't accidentally hop off at the Novotel Convention & Wellness, which is the stop just before Suite Novotel on the shuttle route!)

Loved the room, loved the free wifi, loved the shuttle to the airport! I was not too pleased to find that there is no hotel restaurant. I spent a Saturday night there, and all the restaurants in Roissy are closed as well. With that knowledge in hand, however, I would stay there again.
