Villa Alessandra

Nos avons réservé avec un bon "groupon". Forcément à notre arrivée, on nous loge dans une chambre de 8m2 environ mais tellement petite qu'on ne peut pas faire le tour du lit. Après une première inspection, les rideaux et le couvre-lit ont l'air un peu douteux, mais on s'en accommode une fois le pire des inconvénients de cette chambre (la 310) découvert, juste derrière la cage d'ascenseur et celui-ci fait un bruit terrible, très pratique pour dormir. Nous descendons donc à la réception demander si on ne peut pas changer de chambre, on nous répond que l'hôtel est complet mais qu'on nous changera de chambre dès le lendemain. Le lendemain, on nous dit finalement que ce n'est plus possible malgré la promesse de la veille. Nous demandons qu'on nous rajoute deux oreillers supplémentaires dans la chambre et malgré deux relances nous les attendons encore. Quel service!!! Concernant le petit déjeuner, je vous conseille plutôt d'aller le prendre ailleurs, déjà les murs de la salle sont tachés de café, et le choix est très limité, un seul fromage et en plus sous vide, du jambon, du pain, quelques céréales et c'est un peu prêt tout. Faire payer ça 18 euros. Absolument pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, à éviter à tout prix, préférez même un Formule 1.

雖然花了一點時間才找到這間位於小巷中的旅館，但是旅館外頭就是豐富的海鮮市場(There is a seafood market outside the hotel^^)，重點是很乾淨(Clean)、晚上很安靜(Quite)，離凱旋門、地鐵站很近(near the metro)，服務很好(nice service)，還提供到機場的接駁車(Shuttle Bus to airport)服務(一人約17歐元，最好提早跟飯店預訂)

We have read in previous reviews about how small the room was, but we never beleived it was that small! We could hardly make our bags fit in.The reception was not friendly at all. Nevermind the good location, the hotel is hardly 3 stars hotel.

Enjoyed our stay in the Alessandro Villa, Staff were very nice and the room was small but sunny and very pleasant. Extremely convenient location close to Ternes and Charles de Gaulle metro stations and only 10 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. Would definitely recommend.

It wasn't my first time in Paris but this hotel was the best one among others I stayed in. The room was small for 2 people ( I was with my b-friend) but clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub that's not common for small size hotels. A TV set was kind of big for this size room and there was only one program in English. The "reception" staff was friendly and willing to help. They provide free Wi-Fi in the lobby. It was noisy outside at night but it's Paris where the life doesn't stop ever. The location is perfect, just the 10 min walking distance from the Ark de Triumph and the Champs-Elysees. There is a farmer's market next to the hotel where we were buying fresh fruits and deli. A metro station is about 5 min away. We preferred to use the Underground than the taxi. It's chipper and faster. I will definitely stay in this hotel at my next time in Paris.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted with no air conditioning and a rude front desk staff "Oliver" who placed the issue of no air back in our laps. He stated that their web-site listed the fact that there was no air conditioning (which it DID NOT) and refused to show me where that was stated. He offered no assistance in trying to find another hotel and informed us that if we did leave we would be charged for 2 nights. The temperature during our stay was 33C/96F and was unbearable during the evenings. We tried to find another hotel, but everything was booked. We had to buy fans at a local store so we could attempt to sleep at night. Nada – another staff member was pleasant and apologetic, but the rest of the team did everything possible to avoid the clients staying at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We confirmed our reservations by phone and e-mail months before our arrival and no one told us of the broken air conditioning (had been broken for 4 months). I booked and paid for a 4 star hotel for my family and we ended up in a 1 star hotel at best.

We were in Paris to enjoy the sites and to see the Tour De France. Its really close to the Arc De Triumph and all the tour excitement. The metro station ternes is close by but you really need to use charles de Gualle station to get to the touristy stuff so its a small walk but still close. The room was small but I have traveled in Europe before and the rooms always tend to be small. We didn't mind the size, the bed was great, the bathroom clean and good water pressure and warmth, so we didn't need anything else.

The only problem with this hotel is the size of the rooms. We are both average size people but found there just wasn't enough room for us and our luggage. Bathroom size was fine.

Une grosse, très grosse déception ! C'est certes un hôtel de charme, mais cela s'arrête là. Nous avions demandé une double. En arrivant dans la chambre, nous avions une twin. Après 20 minutes ( !! ) d'attente, on nous redonne la même chambre. Bizarre... Ils ont simplement accolés les 2 lits pour en faire un double ! Ridicule ! Le personnel était à l'avenant : soit très gentil, mais incompétent, soit compétent, mais vraiment pas aimable. Les sols sont en parquets, les sons se transmettent très bien dans l'hôtel... Pour un 4 étoiles, des chambres de 3m x 3m, et des salles de bain à l'avenant, ça fait peur. Et les autres chambres sont pires... Le room service est à l'image du reste : tout est servi FROID. Y compris un saumon grillé ?!? ...A tel point que, si nous avions pu, nous aurions fait sauter la réservation pour changer d'hôtel ! En conclusion, allez ailleurs, car vraiment, pour ce prix et dans ce quartier, en plein cœur de Paris, on peut trouver mieux.
