Kleber Hotel Champs Elysees Tour Eiffel Paris

Despite a good location, hotel is the worst hotel that I tried in the area. My room was still in construction, no shower curtain, and old shower, worn bed spread and bed lining, old fashion key very cumbersome, tried to cheat me on the taxes, etc.

Being on a project in Paris for the last 3 months, tried several hotels in the area. Simply put: worst hotel ever ... it should rank a maximum of 2 stars

So the bathroom was separated from the main bedroom by a pane of glass, so it's impossible to use the facilities in private. That was awkward. The staff, however, was very friendly.

I am in Paris 2-3 times a year and readily admit that the more "upper crust" Right Bank is not my favorite neighborhood. I prefer the the Left Bank and the 6th Arr. Being close to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysee is not important to me. For Paris 1st timers who want to be near these attractions, the hotel would work. I couldn't quite figure out what they were trying to do. In the middle of renovations, trying to upgrade given that the Peninsula Hotel is going in two blocks away? But they are missing the mark. I supposedly received a 55% discount off the normal price --- I paid $135 for the room. I felt it not worth that. Fine. No disasters. Quiet rooms in the back, which was important to me. The hotel is trying at charm, but is an odd mixture of kitsch. The common areas are lovely. A few small things in the rooms could go a long way. Update the bedspreads. Tacky. And a simple decent paint job. While there were three lamps in the room, the wiring job was such that you could only turn on all the lights together or nothing. Rather inconvenient and wasteful. Felt sorry for them in the electrician they hired. Breakfast looked lovely, but was 17 Euro.

This hotel has 2 aspects going for it- the cost and the location. I didn't like the room as was small, not very clean and noisy. We were on the street and after being awakened by jackhammers were told all rooms are. The staff was okay, the breakfast was adequate. But I would never stay there again.

Visiting Paris it was fantastic the food, the people and shopping. Compare to my Italy trip it was so much better although the French people get a bad stigma about how rude they are I never did everyone was so helpful .

Lussuoso atrio e sala pranzo- le camere come in molti hotel non sono all'altezza dell'ingresso dell'hotel. Peccato che non veniamo aiutati nella ricerca di un canale tv italiano che non abbiamo trovato. Quando si è in giro con un bimbetto, qualche cartone aiuta. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci fosse una vasca da bagno.

Small room with very nice decorations. Perfect for a short stay in Paris. Close to place Victor Hugo. Very Parisian, non tourist area.

Very good location, less than 10 mins walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysees. Staffs are friendly. Room is small but generally very satisfactory.
