First time to Paris
Eiffel experience
This hotel is an excellent choice for visiting Paris. It is super close to the Eiffel Tower and very close to the Metra. Plenty of dining options all around. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and internet is included. We had a most comfortable stay.

good for the weekend
The hotel is in a good location, close to metro, markets, restaurants. good walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Good walking distance to the hop on, hop off tour bus stops. The hotel is not on a busy street, so the rooms were quiet. The rooms are old, the elevator is tiny (they claims 8 people can fit at a time, but I say more 4-6), and the bed covers could be more updated and newer. The bathrooms were clean, however. A good hotel to just sleep and shower in Paris.

In Hotel
if youre going to visit the Louvre, ask the hotel for advance ticket purchase. it is about 5 euros more than the museum's price, but so worth it if you dont want to wait in line for about 2 hours.

great experience. this hotel is very close to the eiffel tower-you can see it our the streetside room windows. service was good. breakfast was very good-but additional charge. our quad room was roomy with two queen size beds-slept 4 comfortably. we would stay there again.

get the metro rer full day access-works with busses and subway. runs all the way to the airport-saves the shuttle expense. buy tickets in the cdg terminal.

Walk around the back street of the hotel. Beautiful walking street with all sorts of markets and dining. A hidden gem.

Our Swiss Life
Quaint, quiet area, good location
Stayed 2 nights at La Bourdonnais. It's clean, small and the beds are hard. We didn't stay in there but to sleep and access the internet (free!). Vending machine would have been nice. We've stayed in better places for less money. But then again, it's walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Paris prices.

Riverboat cruise down the Seine was cool. Board at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Inexpensive and romantic.

Great Hotel, Greation
This hotel is in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower and a nice district of restaurants and shops. It is also within walking distance of the core of Paris and we love walking Paris. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room and bath were modern and comfortable, although without extra space. There is a nice continental breakfast. The staff spoke English well which helped for us.

Happy I stayed there
Unbeatable location and great bathrooms
We went to Paris as a treat after my daughter graduated college. I have been to Europe before and know that location means alot. The La Bourdonnais is as great location as you could ask for. Within steps of great food, a supermarket, the metro and a laundry/dry cleaners. The bathrooms were surpriseingly large for a european hotel. The staff was friendly and the price reasonable. We shared a quadruple room on our first visit and were presently surprised and how much room there was. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great locaion
Located only two blocks from the Eiffel Tower, this hotel is a great find. It is clean, has air conditioning, friendly staff, and is within walking distance of many of Paris's monuments.
