Great spot for a business stopover. It is close to the Opera district and there are lots of places nearby for food and a quiet drink. However there is nothing in the hotel The rooms are small, functional and have a funky layout with sliding doors seperating the bathroom and bedroom.

A check-in headache, good location
I arrived two hours early before check-in. The front desk held my bags while I went to go explore the area and get lunch. I then arrived back at the hotel about fifteen minutes before check-in and waited till about five minutes before 2pm and asked the woman at the front desk if I could start to check-in. The way she acted you would think I was asking for her first born! She refused to do so saying that my room still needed to be cleaned and I would need to wait about another half an hour. I was more than a little perplexed by her reaction and of course now concerned because I had a nine day booking there! I tried to explain that I was staying for an extended stay and just got off of a nine hour flight from Chicago to Paris and would really appreciate her to adhere to the 2pm check in time. They did, but I got a poor location of a room in the back of the building with no view and a single instead of the double I requested. Room are tiny too, but this I expected as it is Europe. Also the maid doesn't adhere to the Do Not Disturb sign, she will knock and try to get in even though the sign is on the door. When you tell her no maid service is needed, then the front desk will call and ask why you are refusing maid service!? Just thought that was odd.

La réception des chaines françaises n'est pas des meilleures!! A part cel, hôtel très calme et accueil sympathique.

sleek, modern
Very clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, friendly english speaking staff. Recommended if traveling by rail from Gare du Nord and willing to cab/walk a bit to major points of interest.
