This hotel is very clean. The room size is tiny,but the price is very reasonable. Also I like the natural food provided in breakfast, and the free coffee, and tea!

Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, Preis/Leistung ebenso. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, die Lage ist relativ zentral. Das Frühstück lässt sich eher als Absichtserklärung beschreiben, also eher dürftig. Das Personal war relativ bemüht aber unqualifiziert und manchmal unfreundlich. Für einen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen; für kurze Aufenthalte auf überdurchschnittlichem Hostel-niveau bei gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis voll akzeptabel.

We loved the location, great neighborhood, between two important metro lines. True, the room we had was tiny, but it was super clean and did have a private bathroom with shower. The bed is low to the groung, so not great for the elderly. The TVs were installed, but not yet functioning. The in-room phone was not working either. However, there was very good wifi service. The breakfast was abundant and the service fantastic. The air conditioner went out the last night, but the windows opened large to let in air. However, there were no window coverings... Overall, it was great and we'll be back!!!

This Hotel was very small but clean and very close to the city with a bus stop right out side the Hotel, lots of cafes Bakeries and shops. The Hotel we booked was supposed to be an aparthotel to take advantage of all the bakeries and shops nearby but was dissapointing as this hotel was just a very small room but nice and clean and like most European Hotels two single beds pushed together. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

clean bathroom comfy twin beds, room was warm. could not leave window open too much noise. excellent free breakfast, a little bit of walking to some metro stops. I'd stay there again.

I looked at approximately fifteen hotels. My key criteria was clean, not far from centre and quiet. The Bastille Charonne was all of these and the friendly staff and buffet breakfast were an added bonus. If your looking for a base to see the sights of Paris then you can't go far wrong with this hotel.

It was pleasant. Free internet in Lobby was nice, along with friendly front desk help.

Good, clean, budget hotel option in the Bastille area, close to several metro stations. Many shops and restaurants in the area including a good patisserie next door.

It is a simple hotel ,but it was clean with a nice,decent size bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was very good. It is close to a subway station,but you need to learn how to use the subway in Paris to get to the touristy places. The neighborhood is good for young people with lots of cafes etc..
