Citadines Place D'Italie Paris

I didn't expect to walk into a room with a pull out sofa bed. The fridge didn't get very cold either. When I click to get a double bed, I was expecting just that a double bed. This was the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever had to sleep in. It felt more like a mattress cover, not a bed. If you stay here please remember to take your own pillows and another blanket. There was only one sheet and one blanket in our room, and it got chilly at night. The location is very good, just the rooms need to get better.

Our second stay, very good location for transport, supermarket, and very good Sunday market. Found that not all equipment works, we had to change apartment at 23.00 when we could not erect second bed,in new one, shower did not work but only minor drawback.

２０１０年から２０１１年にかけて、家族４名で３日間宿泊しました。毎日バスタブのお湯が途中で冷たくなり（三人目あたりから）、翌朝まで使用できませんでした。別の部屋のシャワーを使用させてもらったのですが、状況は改善しませんでした。日本人は風呂に大量のお湯を使うのでボイラー施設の能力が不足していたのだと思います。 それ以外は、室内は清潔、交通は便利、隣にスーパーマーケットがあるなど、快適に過ごすことができました。

un canapé lit dont un des deux lit est à ra le sol et en plus a du tout confortable. il ne changer les dras qu 'un fois par semaine.

Background: I've been travelling to/from France for 25 years, I speak French, and I have 2.5 years of experience living in the country. This trip was with my 65-year old mother who is the female equivalent of Tony Shaloub's tv character "Monk". If she gives this place a five-star rating, you can be *sure* that it is good. Having lived in Paris in 2003, and having stayed previously in a Citadines (République), I reserved Citadines Place d'Italie without any hesitation. As before, friendly and extremely helpful staff, spotless bathroom and very clean room, free coffee and tea in the lobby, and very reasonably priced (per night). Free and easy internet access - in our room, WIFI in the lobby, and two new, large-screened Macs near the coffee machine. This location is ideal: three steps away from a main Métro artery, five steps away from "Le Margeride" - a decent, appropriately-priced bistro, next door to the "Centre Commercial Italie 2" - a mall with a Carrefour and Paul for grocery/boulangerie needs, and an open-air market on Fridays. Taxis are also frequently seen and easily hailed in front of the mall for those who prefer them. LEARNED SOMETHING NEW with this trip: When reserving, I wanted a small room with two beds. Thus, "STUDIO TWIN" seemed logical. However, I learned that "TWIN" means *trundle* beds, not two small separate beds. Be sure to know this distinction if you don't want to sleep close to the floor! The person travelling with me is highly allergic to dust, so this would have been an issue. Luckily they were able to accomodate our request for two "regular" beds with no extra charge. I highly recommend the Citadines Appart'hotel line in Paris.

Excellent séjour

Hotel location is very good. Right next to the metro. We got into Paris via Gare du Nord, and took the metro from there directly to outside this hotel. Location is also very good, because there is a large supermarket and shopping complex next door, and also a lot of places to eat around the corner. All the big name car hire places are also within 5 minute walking distance as well. Having said that, you wouldn't hire a car to drive within Paris, only to drive out of Paris. The room is a bit different to standard hotels. It has a fold away bed, and also a kitchenette. The kitchenette is handy. The foldaway bed you wont touch once you have unfolded out. The room is very tight. No walkiing space when the bed is out. Highlyy recommended for those looking for safe, functional, convenient, and fair cost hotels. Buffet breakfast is also very good with lots of choices.

Great little find (did take a bit of finding, not clearly signed!), great value, friendly staff and good location, would stay there again

真是應有盡有的一家旅館!!! 還有廚房 真是令我太驚艷了 可以省很多錢!!! 房間也不會說很小 剛剛好!!! 住那幾天整個就很舒適!!! 很幫的一家旅館!!!

Selon le moment le personnel est soit très compétent soit un peu endormi.
