Best Western Premier Trocadero la Tour

Pas de chauffage ds la chambre, mauvaise isolation aux fenêtres, et pas de service en chambre lorsque l'on a une petite fringale, bref très déçu pour un quatre étoiles. Certains hotels moins prestigieux ont de meilleures prestations.

Emplacement très bon mais le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Par ailleurs la chambre est très agréable mais le chauffage de la chambre ne marchait pas...

We had a deluxe room which was quite large by European standards. Very clean and well appointed. Boutique type of hotel with very tiny elevator. Mall and shopping 1 block away. Mall has grocery store and bakery-closes at 1930. Free Internet and WI-Fi a definite plus. About 2-3 blocks from two different tube stations. Needs concierge service or better help with tourist attractions. We stayed for 4 days at this hotel in Paris which was about 1 miles from the Eiffel Tower across the river and about a half mile from the Trocadero square. It is west of most of the attractions in Paris except the Eiffel Tower. Situated in an area where the local Parisians live so you can get more of a feel for the real Paris.

Lovely hotel. The pictures on the website is very close to the actual hotel. Nicely decorated. The wall is a little thin, so it can be very noisy.

This hotel is a little gem compared with some typical Parisian fleapits at this price. Rooms are a little cosy but astonishingly well equipped : flat screen TV, air conditioning, really comfy beds, cordless phone and best of all : complimentary broadband wifi internet access. The bathrooms are great too! Breakfast is a little steep, but you get a great variety of cereal, eggs, ham, toast, fruit and yogurt, on top of the usual French offerings of pastries and croissants. I really really recommend this hotel!

Lovey hotel. The room was kind of small, but very nicely decorated. My only real complaint was that you could hear too much between the rooms. We could clearly hear the people in the adjacent room talking. It is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower.

Hotel was very modern, good location. Right across from a mall, a starbucks, and a McDonalds as well as some great cafes. Elevator was very small. Beds slightly uncomfortable. When i asked for extra pillows the hotel said they didnt have any. Very small hotel. Cold.

When I walked into the hotel is was lovely. There was a young woman at the front desk who was very friendly. Got our room noticed right away the heater in the room did not work. I called the front desk, brought a portable heater to our room, it seems the heater did not work in the rooms. There was a night manager who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and pleasent. Also the night front desk man was very kind. As for the hotel the only complaint I have is the heater. I wonder if the ac works in the summer? I do hope the owner repairs the heater/ac. Also the lights went out one night and the staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as they could. The staff I named were very kind and seemed happy we were their and helped us with all our questions. The location was within walking distance to the metero, the cafes as well as the Eiffel Tower. I did not try the breakfast though wish I had now. But next time. Overall it was a lovely first time visit to Paris thanks to all at the Hotel.
