The hotel was ok but not somewhere I would go on a hot day simce they had no aircondition, Paris was 35 degrees. this could be the worst hotel I ahve been to.

Nice quiet neighborhood
Upon checking in, the first room they gave me had not yet been cleaned. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic and gave me a new room immediately. Everything else was fine at the hotel.

Fantastic Week!
The staff were very helpful, the location to the metro was fine. The only problem that we had was that the trip wasn't longer. I would most certainly stay here again.

Disgruntled
Truly Horrible
Plain bad. though the staff were friendly and the English-Speaking as well as French-Speaking individuals were very polite, it was a bad experience. Though the neighborhood was quiet, especially at night, the guests and "entry doors" to the various suites were loud. A function of rude guests and the hotels unwillingness to address this it seemed, made for a less than restful evening. Spent 7 nights there and would above all, pay more for a "serious" hotel next time.

money-wise
great location for the budget minded
hotel is an easy walk to sight-seeing bus stop. Located nearby to quaint and friendly restaurants and cafes. would stay there again when I return to Paris. Very nice breakfast buffet on sight that is a good value when compared to other options.
