7 Eiffel Hotel

We're from the US so found it odd that the 1 rude employee was actually an American working at the front desk. We had asked for a later departure and the best she could manage was an extra 30 mins in the room. Her attitude spoke volumes as she seemed she could barely be bothered by our request. She didn't even greet us as we walked in from the elevator. No friendly hello or anything of the sort. At 12:25 (5 minutes before we were meant to be checking out) the phone rang in the room. It was the same employee making sure we were about to be out of the room. Really? As we proceeded downstairs (and out of the room at the scheduled time) we were again greeted by the cold and unfreindly attitude of said employee. There was no Bon Voyage or anything of the sort checking on our stay. Nice hotel, but 1 bad apple unfortunetly.

The 7 Eiffel Hotel is very modern, clean and in a great location. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Only a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. However, the biggest draw back was the lack of professionalism with the front desk staff. They were not attentive to our needs and we literally had to wait in the lobby when we arrived for two hours before being allowed into our room. Our room service was always late and what's listed above seemed to be the common complaints with other guests. Overall... we would stay there again if there was new staff!

The staff was friendly and polite. The room had a contemporary feel to it and was maintained well. The room is small but I think all European rooms are small. The only complaint I had was how hot the room was. Apparently November is not quite summer and not quite winter yet so they pipe warm air throughout the hotel and it's HOT. you can't turn on the AC because it blows hot air. The only thing you can do is open the window and when people are smoking outside, the cigarette smell enters your room. The area is safe and is a very nice neighborhood. There is a street market a couple of blocks away with cafes, cheese, fish and vegetable markets. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great choice.

The staff was friendly, the decor was tres chic and the location was perfect. We were minutes walk from the eiffel tower and hotel des invalides. The neighborhood was great and not too touristy, with lots of cute small shops and places to eat.

Staff was very helpfull and friendly, Hotel is clean and smells good.(non smoking ) the Hotel is located closed to shopping, groceries,and bakeries.... i had freash Baquetts and Croissant every morning. Eiffel Tower is short walk along restaurants and Botiques...Church was two blocks which is a plus for me and my husband.

This hotel was a great base of operations for a vacation that consisted of walking and metroing to all of the tourist destinations. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro station and a 15 minute walk to the eiffel tower. The neighborhood feels authentic and not a complete tourist destination, but all that we needed was easily accessible. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace that was a wonderful afternoon oasis where we rested up before our nighttime excursions.
