Problème pour récupérer les clés
Lors de notre arrivée à l’hôtel pour récupérer les clés au "distributeur" prévu pour cela, nos cartes bancaires n'ont pas été acceptées, malgré un compte approvisionné, plusieurs essais et plusieurs appels passés la veille et le matin même pour prévenir de notre arrivée. Quand nous sommes revenus à l'horaire où la réceptionniste était présente, celle-ci n'a pas été très agréable et a laissé sous-entendre que nous étions responsables de ce dysfonctionnement. La chambre que l'on nous avez attribuée n'avait pas assez de couchages pour nous accueillir. La réceptionniste nous a donné le code pour entrer dans l'hôtel lorsque l'accueil est fermé, mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait plus au bout du deuxième jour... Bref, un réel problème d'organisation dans cet hôtel au confort toutefois agréable et des chambres propres.

Chambre chère pour une prestation médiocre, peinture écaillée au plafond, pas de table de nuit, lampe ne fonctionnant pas et cerise sur le gâteau pas de linge de toilette ! du jamais vu à plus de 100 euros la nuit !

La chambre etait bien avec fri
La chambre etait bien avec frigo/plaques/microondes, les toilettes etaient neufs, on avait besoin d'un lit pour bebe, et on nous l'ont prete, il y a un supermarche juste en face, a 100 mettre on trouve le tramway. a recommander.

We arrived a day early, and were given a significant discount on the extra night. The room was much nicer than expected, and very reasonably priced. Great location in the heart of Lyon, France.

amazing that we rented a room
amazing that we rented a room for 3 and we only got one towel and they wanted to charge us for "two extra towels". also the window louver was broken an really old. we had to put towels in the window to have privacy. this might just have been bad luck with the room. we checked in very late so we didn't ask for another room. apart from it, the hotel is a clean, decent place to spend the night with a good price and an excellent location.

私の泊まった部屋にはミニキッチンが付いていて、自分で料理をすることができた。ホテルの目の前に小さいスーパーもあります。 ただし鍋や食器は一度洗ってからの使用を薦めます。 このホテルは毎日の掃除のサービスが無いようです。ゴミもチェックアウト時には部屋に残さずゴミ捨て場に持っていかなくてはなりません。掃除も必要です。クローゼットにほうきとちりとりが入っています。 以上の点が気にならなければ問題なく利用できると思います。部屋も広かったし、風が気持ちよかったです。 私の泊まった部屋はシャワーのみでドラ ヤーもありませんでしたが、これは部屋によるのかなぁと思います。

Stayed here as needed a self catering
Stayed here as needed a self catering room while travelling with a baby. Bare minimum of facilities though - we managed to prepare a meal but were glad we only stayed one night.

A good location, close to the
A good location, close to the old city. The street was a bit noisy in the night (it was a Saturday). Otherwise,good value for money.
