Hotelbar immer geschlossen, Restaurant nicht vorhanden, Zimmerservice ? Fehlanzeige, Das Highlight der Unterbringung in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer mit nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage war das kleine, aber zweckmäßige neu renovierte Bad. Die Hitze im völlig überheizten Zimmer konnte nur bei geöffnetem Fenster ertragen werden - dann aber wurde es sehr laut. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Der aktuelle Zustand des früher sicher einmal guten Hotels rechtfertigt maximal 2 Sterne. Bei viel Verständniss sind evtl. 3 Sterne im Hinblick auf die Citylage möglich.

Hotel très bien placé, service et acceuil super, hall entree et reception sympa mais les chambres ne sont pas digne d'un 4 étoiles..... Mobilier usé .... vieux placard des années 80 .... salle de bain mal concue avec paroi de douche pas étanche et literie fatiguée ..... propreté moyenne .... Heureusement que nous avons payé 125€ environ avec le petit déjeuner, sinon un 2 etoiles au meme prix nous offrais plus de confort.....

Cet hotel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles.
Cet hotel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Pas de wifi dans les chambres (simple connexion eternet) 15 euros de supplément. Chauffage excessif dans les chambres, impossible à régler. Les kits salle de bains très insuffisants (ni coton tige, ni coton) pas de peignoirs, pas de chaussons. Restauration au petit-déjeuner très moyenne (pas de choix de pain, salade de fruits déplorable, simples thermos d'eau chaude à pompe). Prix non en rapport avec le standing de l'hôtel.

Boscolo Grand Hotel in Lyon, France
We really enjoyed the location. We could walk to the historic area. Loved the red lounge in the hotel and the pretty paintings. We had a nice time and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Shopping tips:
Short walk from hotel
We were a short walk from a pedestrian area of nice shops and places to eat. When you are too tired to walk back, there are pedal rides like rickshaws and he took us all the way to our hotel. Very inexpensive too.

nous fréquentons le grand hôtel depuis plusieurs années et sommes très satisfaits seul bémol cette fois-çi l'air co en panne avons dù changer de chambre la 2ème nuit (37°) à Lyon excellente situation, très centrale.
