Emplacement idéal au pied de la station de tram "Grand Parc" dans un bâtiment industriel complètement relooké. Un hôtel que l'on ne peut oublier. Mais surtout, personnel constitué de jeunes femmes toutes belles et à l'élégance rare et personnalisée, très souriantes, compétentes,... De quoi imprimer un sourire durable sur le visage des clients.

L hôtel est un peu excentré mais il y a un arret de tram situé derriere l'hôtel ce qui permet d être au centre ville tres rapidement

Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Location was a little out of the city centre but the tram stop is right outside on the main road so was easy to get to (only 4 stops away from the city centre). Would definitely consider this place the next time I'm in Bordeaux.

Hotel was not in the centre of Bordeaux, but the city is not big and there was a tram right outside our door which took us into town in 15-20 minutes. It also took us directly to the main train station in 25 minutes. The place was spotless so could not fault on cleanliness. We had a kitchenette which allowed for self catering. The supermarket is about a 10-minute walk. The breakfast cost 8.5Euro per person, which we did not use as we bought our own food from the supermarket. The only complaint was WiFi was not free. It cost 7Euro a day, 5 Euro for three hours, or 3 Euro for one hour, but when it worked it provided quick access. We stayed for three nights for about 160 pounds, in a double room. It was very good value, more so if you self cater. If in Bordeaux, we'd definitely stay at this place.

I found the staff here to be friendly and helpful, the room was basic but newly furnished, on the small side but neat and clean with a very decent shower and pillows. The room was equipped with small kitchen, sink and fridge with kitchen supplies and coffee maker. The reception staff also didn't mind us eating a large left over picnic spread at the breakfast tables one night. Although it is away from the central town teh tram is a minute walk away and ten minutes into the centre. The tram system is great for getting around too. Cleaning and extras, like breakfast were charged at additional fees. But didn't bother with this as it was a short stay and bought breakfast supplies from the local supermarket (10 minutes away). Not a flash hotel at all, basic but comfortable and clean and good value.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Attention toutefois à l'absence de réseau téléphone portable dans certaines chambres.

Be aware that this is a residency hotel, which means that although the room rates are a bit below average, you pay extra for everything, including toilette tissue and towels. You'd be better off paying 5-10 euros more a night and getting these ammenities. If you plan longer stays it might be okay, if you can stand the odor!
