- von Stackelberg Hotel overlooks the enchanting Unesco World Heritage Site of Tallinn's old town, right at the foot of Toompea Hill and only few steps from the Toompea Castle and Nevsky Cathedral. All the main shopping, restaurant and night-life areas can be found nearby. Transport links are good with the railway station 7 minutes' walk away, the airport 5 km away, and the port and bus station just 2 km away. For live sports the national football stadium is only a 15-minute walk away, while Estonia's best golf courses are approximately 25 minutes' drive from the hotel.

The Von Stackelberg exceeded any and all expectations I had of this hotel. The hotel building, services, staff & overall entire experience was perfect. I would stay here and would recommend this hotel to any and all staying in Tallinn!

A pleasant time in Tallinn
We took a ferry from helsinki and were in Tallinn two nights. We walked through the park across from our hotel and walked around the old town and then down through the busier part of the old town. We ate out and shopped and took pictures. Excellent medieval town and very accessible from our hotel. We karaoked one night. It was the favorite town we visited while in northern Europe. Lucky for us hotel staff and serving staff in town spoke English. The breakfast in the hotel was great.

BIEN SITUE ET BON ACCUEIL
HOTEL AGREABLE BIEN SITUE COTE VILLE HAUTE. RESTAURANT DE BONNE QUALITE. PERSONNEL ACCUEILLANT. PETIT DEJ DE QUALITE. LIGNE BUS 90K ( 2€/personnes pour l'aéroport). INTERNET GRATUIT.

Ich war vom 01.06.11 bis 04.06.11
Ich war vom 01.06.11 bis 04.06.11 Gast in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der historischen Altstadt entfernt. Frühstück, Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren super. Bitte weiter so. Ich komme gerne wieder.

A nice hotel with great location
A nice hotel with great location and service. Not too much to do in the hotel, though, but it's next to a spa hotel, which you can visit for a fee. Breakfast was OK, luckily not "english" as the description stated. Note: bathtubs are only in the deluxe rooms, standard rooms have a sparse bathroom with shower (ours was tiled green from floor to roof and the shower was slightly challenging to use).

Very nice hotel, well situated,
Very nice hotel, well situated, 5mn walk from the old city center. Very good service. Clean, modern. A good choice

Shower in conjunction with minimal
Shower in conjunction with minimal wc was too tight. As well the free floor space in the room was about too minimal for two persons standing at the same time. So I would like to say we were two persons in a room that should be a single room.
