Hotellets multifunktionella konferensrum har kapacitet att hysa upp till 900 personer. Det största av dem hyser upp till 500 personer och många av dem kan delas in i mindre delar genom ljudisolerade väggar. På fritiden kan du koppla av i bastun eller bubbelpoolen.
Det finns 20 parkeringsplatser utanför hotellet. Att parkera under upp till 15 minuter är gratis. Parkeringsavgiften betalas i automaten. Priser: 50 EEK/timme, 300 EEK/dag. Du erbjuds även parkering i köpcentret dygnet runt. Hotellets gäster betalar ett rabatterat pris: en timme – 30 EEK; över natten (21:00-09:00) – 150 EEK; 24 timmar – 300 EEK. Du måste visa upp din rumsnyckel.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days for business. On the first day I leaned that I needed to buy shampoo. They had body/hand soap, but that was all. The bathroom was not clean and the room floor was dusty. Two lamps did not work. I was too busy to ask them to take care of these problems. But the staff members who speak English were helpful and kind. The last BIG problem I had was that they refused to give me a receipt. Since I paid to Orbits (according to the hotel staff), they could not give me the receipt. I do not know if this is Orbits problem or the hotel problem. I will not stay this hotel again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sokos Hotel Viru Tallinn. The hotel is located in one of the best positions for exploring Tallinn's famous Old Town and is also attached to a wider shopping centre and restaurant complex. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay and the room was very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There were always taxis available outside the hotel - not every hotel in Tallinn can say this, and it can be important when you need to get somewhere in a hurry. Overall, strongly recommended - with the added bonus of an excellent KGB musuem within the hotel itself, with guides explaining the role and life of the hotel during the Soviet era, which should be a must-visit for any guest.

Sokos Viru is perfectly situated
Sokos Viru is perfectly situated near the old town and within the same complex of two of Tallinn's popular night clubs (The Cat house and Amigo). The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are quite small but its adequate for a weekend or short stay and is comparatively well priced. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Excellent location only 5 mins
Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the Old Town. Breakfast buffet was excellent & all the staff were friendly & helpful. No hesitations about staying here again if we ever returned to Tallinn.
