The hotel was not good. difficult staircases to get into room. room had no A/C just windows for ventilation. windows faced a interior patio, where employees congregate to smoke. I asked for non-smoking room. The room was smelly due to lack of ventilation....... old place, not a nice place in the old town. Avoid it. Of course, no other rooms available

Situated in the heart of the old town, the hotel is unbeatable when it comes to location. The service is good and you get the help you need. The hotel is beautifully restored, however, since it is in a very old building it is full of stairs and not a hotel you should choose if you have problems with mobility.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just off the main square in the old town. Like in a lot of the old town buildings, the sound can travel, so having earplugs wouldn't be a bad idea, if you are a light sleeper. You know some of the younger staff, would rather be on facebook, but it would be nice if they didn't give off that impression. Only one slight hitch regards getting a twin rather than the booked double room , but the manager dealt with it efficiently. so overall, a good value stay.

This hotel is located in the "old town" in a perfect location. I would not recommend staying outside the old town as theres not much there. The rooms were adequate but are on many levels. The entrance to the hotel is on street level but my room was down about 3 staircases (one a very tight spiral one) and through several corridors soI felt I was about three level underground by the time I found my room. It had a window so obvioulsy the land slopes down. I found this very difficult to carry my luggage to even though I had a back pack. Would not recommend if you had a large amount of luggage or were older. The breakfast was excellent.

Отель очень интересный, необычный, со средневековым колоритом, находится в очень красивом месте и удобно расположен, очень вежливый персонал, вкусная еда, что касается удобства в номерах, то это не на высшем уровне, у нас например не было в номере шкафа, и окно было под крышей, хотя сам интерьер очень приятный) номера в отеле разные, есть уютные , а есть и не очень, если будете там жить постарайтесь выбрать получше из своей ценовой категории, персонал идет в этом плане на встречу с удовольствием, очень красивый внутренний дворик, и еще немаловажный факт, не смотря на почти отсутствие окна в номере отличная вентиляция, спиться шикарно!) в общем если хотите окунуться в былый времена средневекового города обязательно снимите в этом отеле номер, не пожалеете!)
