Puntacana Resort and Club offers 3-room facilities to be used for meetings such as seminars, congresses, product launch, social events and other related activities that require those services. You can also go scuba diving, fishing or even take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool.

- La Cana is PUNTACANA Resort & Club's main restaurant on the grounds of the PUNTACANA Hotel. Set within a spacious eating hall with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, La Cana serves grand buffets for breakfast and special events. No reservations are required. Open from 7:00 am to 10:30 am
- The Grill Restaurant
- This casual American grill is beset by breathtaking views of La Cana Golf Course and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. A perfect bookend to a round of golf, El Grill is conveniently located in the La Cana Golf Clubhouse. Known for its succulently prepared Porterhouse, El Grill is the perfect destination for steak lovers. For those who prefer lighter fare, we offer a wide variety of options, including an artfully prepared Caesar salad. Reservations are not required. Hours: Monday through Sunday 11:30am-5pm. (Not included in the meal plan)
- Francos Trattoria
- Franco's offers a wide selection of gourmet pizza, from the classic Margherita to more exotic combinations. If you're looking for more than pizza, salads and freshly prepared sandwiches are also available. Meals at Franco's can be enjoyed at the nearby seating area or while relaxing in the sun beside the pool. Open Daily from Noon - 10:30pm. (Not included in the meal plan)
- La Yola Restaurant
- Enjoy the freshest Mediterranean cuisine and seafood in an elegant ambiance. Modeled after a fisherman's boat, La Yola restaurant sits right on the sea, offering magnificent views of the sparkling turquoise waters. What's more, the restaurant features a glass-floor viewing portal which offers sights of the vibrant sea life below. Hours: 11am - 3pm for lunch. 7pm - 11pm for dinner. - Coccoloba Restaurant
- With decor by PUNTACANA's own Oscar de la Renta, Coccoloba offers a dining experience in an elegant yet casual atmosphere. Hours of Operation: Wednesday through Saturday 7pm -11pm (Not included in the meal plan)

- Playa Blanca is the newest addition to the PUNTACANA Resort & Club's food and beverage offerings. Located directly on the Caribbean Sea, this tropical setting serves fresh local seafood, grilled meats, and cocktails for lunch and dinner daily. Live music by local Dominican musicians featured weekly. Horseback riding, Segway Touring, Kite/ Wind Surfing, bicycle, and golf cart rentals are available on site. - For a truly special dining experience, visit Bamboo, tucked away at the exclusive Tortuga Bay. The unique menu blends Modern Cuisine with Mediterranean influences for a variety of innovative fusion dishes in a cozy, graceful setting designed by Oscar de la Renta. For lunch, try one of our healthy plates which can be enjoyed in Bamboo or while soaking in the sun beside the pool. Good relaxed getaway
The resort area was beautiful and provided the perfect setting for unwinding or finding interesting things to do. It seemed like a very family friendly place and a good place for gold, neither of which applied to me personally. Everything more or less shut down at night (also not overly important in my case). The food at the more casual restaurants did not seem to be freshly prepared, but the meal at La Yola was excellent.

Nice getaway
It was a very relaxing resort. Excellent staff. If you like service, quiet time and kick back this is a good place to stay. No nite life at all just a lobby bar. Nothing nearby . Daily activities not for everyone . The beach is calm not a lot going on.

Wonderful vacation!
Great hotel and resort! Very beautiful, spacious, well kept, extremely clean. Rooms not quite as fancy looking as advertised, but clean and functional with complimentary coffee and bottled water every day. Very efficient air conditioning. No minibar or fridge, but overall good rooms to relax after a hot day. Excellent breakfast buffet(included) right by the beach. Beautiful beaches with plenty of chairs and towels, food and drinks in close proximity. Very quiet stretches of beach within walking distance - picture perfect! Several restaurants available with very good food at regular western restaurant prices, neither cheap nor overly expensive. Attentive and polite service staff without exception. A total pleasure to be at this hotel. Two caveats: 1. Rather quiet and family / couple oriented hotel. Perfect in our case, but completely wrong choice for spring break madness-seeking folks. 2. Guest service staff with limited organizational skills and efficiency. Scheduled shuttles and taxis should be double/triple checked.

Excellent value, friendly staff
All of the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The premises are constantly groomed. Food is good and the drinks are great value.

Punta Cana Resort
When we first arrived at the hotel, we noticed that the room was damp. We just assumed that it was because the AC was off. However, we realized it was because there was a problem with the room. When we woke up, there were puddles of water in the bathroom, near the sliding doors, and on some of the walls. We complained to the staff and they moved us to another room. The pool area was very nice, but the bikes were broken. Some of the staff in the resort store tried to overcharge us for chips and some other items. We had to correct them because we had stopped by the store earlier and asked about some of the prices. That was how we knew that they were trying to cheat us. I also lost my cell phone and I tried to talk to the staff about it. I had to wait for someone to arrive at the courtesy desk and when they did, that was another problem. One person didn't speak English, so I had to wait for someone else. This person would arrive an hour later. In conclusion, I was finally able to make a report, but I had to leave the next day.

This hotel needs a lot of fixing to do.AC did not work, it was no hot water, toilet was't flushing properly, ac was leeking on the steps it was slippery.Overall we did not like this hotel sorry.

What nice people!
All the employees are incredibly nice and make you feel awsome. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so bring your own OFF unless you'd like to pay $30.00 for a small bottle. Rent a car if you want to go see other places otherwise you will have to rely on locals to find your way around which it's difficult unless you speak their language. You don't have to worry about buying pesos...the exchange rate varies everywhere..so just forget about counting every peso...just enjoy yourself. The Hotel is beautiful if you are planning to rest and eat...wonderful breakfast.
