Leicht erreichbar, auch mit Auto, Parkmöglichkeit in Tiefgarage, beste Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt. Ruhige Zimmer.

Tolles Hotel, aber leider Raucherhöhle im Nichtraucherbereich
Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht, ohne die sonstigen Hotelannehmlichkeiten in Anspruch genommen zu haben, zumal wir nicht einmal Frühstück gebucht hatten. Daher kann ich auch keine valide Aussage über das Personal machen, da sich der Konakt auf check-in und -out beschränkte (war beide Male nicht so berauschend). Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön und geräumig, alles da, was man braucht. In Summe sehr empfehlenswert! Einziger Kritikpunkt: In unserem Nichtraucherzimmer war ein Handtuch, das nach dem "Aufblättern" dermaßen nach Rauch stank, dass das ganze Badezimmer wie eine Rauchhöhle roch. Unangenehm, aber aushaltbar.

Verygood hotel in all aspects - Location is excellent short walk to the rail network which is ideal for tourists to get around Vienna. Would not hesitate to have a return visit

We got a fantastic deal from you for the room (less than 40% of the posted price), but it is unusual and not very satisfactory for us Norwegians to pay 15 euros pp for breakfast. This is alwys included in Scandinavian countries, so perhaps using your clout you might help change that very old-fashioned way of splitting the two parts - not only at Mercure hotels but many others in continental Europe.

Great value,Convenient location
Hotel is very conveniently located near a main transit hub (train AND metro station), plus airport bus terminal.The trip from airport to hotelis rough 45 minutes.Staff is perfectly fluent in English and German (like everyone in Vienna).City is clean and EXTREMELY safe (you will not get mugged/robbed in Vienna).

Despite the presence of near-by adult clubs etc., the hotel is far from seedy.Despite the fact that the seedier area is a couple blocks away, the immediate area is trouble free.

Unbeatable location
The hotel is in a great location. I traveled by bus from the airport and easily walked to the hotel with my luggage. I walked to the City Central from the hotel. It was a pleasant stroll through a nice shopping district. The hotel had many sitting areas. The room was small but adequate. There are larger rooms available.

The Historic City City Central is wonderful. We spent hours walking through the historic buildings and cathedrals.

Vienna Stop
Very nice hotel. Very convenient location - easy bus transport to Westbahnhof Vienna train station from airport and then hotel just one block walk. Healthy walk to inner Vienna. Wealth of cafes along the way - Hotel clean and nice, helpful staff. Unfortunate internet not working well during brief stay.
