Great value
Not necessarily a five star hotel, but very good. Rooms are comfortable and the location is very good - near the city center. We'd stay there again.

Get away
This hotel was excellent in just about every way. The staff had a little trouble with English at times but overall went the extra mile to make us happy. Recommendations for shows, trips and restaurants were good. Vienna is such a great city that we wish we stayed a day or 2 longer, Getting around at first seems difficult but after one or 2 trips on the trolley/bus/tram it is an easy city to navigate.

Nice Hotel
Nice, very clean hotel . Spacious room and closet space. Adequate lights and mirrors . Wonderful, very helpful staff. The drains and ventilation in bathroom need some improvement. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Perfect Stay
This was a beautifully stylish hotel right on the Ringstrasse of Vienna - halfway between the Stadtpark and the Karlsplatz Ubahn stops and only 1 to 2 blocks from many of the Strassebahn trolley lines. It is right next to the concert house and only 3 blocks from the park. It is very close to Karlskirche and everything else was either a short walk or a quick tram ride away. The staff were sunny, sweet, and of ridiculously pleasant and helpful disposition. The decor was absolutely beautiful. The wifi was very easy to use, and lightning fast - by far the fastest wifi connection I've encountered anywhere. We did not partake of the breakfast, which cost an extr 19 Euros, but it looked good. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise. Everything was comfortably temperature controlled. Water was very good - and the tap water was actually drinkable. Towls were clean, fluffy, and soft and there were very nice toiletry products. I couldn't ask for better!

Short walk from hotel
Go to the Naschmarkt, just a block away from the Karlsplatz stop. There is an incredible variety of market food, although there are many sit down places. It is terrific for a quick, cheap breakfast or lunch.

This hotel was just incredible! Service was polite and very helpful, the room was very comfortable, and music in the lobby was jsut great. Only minus I would give, was pretty expensive breakfast. It was 17€ but worthy every penny

Localisation in walking distance
Localisation in walking distance from the most interesting old city sites. Easy to find, good parking facilities. Nice and inviting breakfast-area. And, as a Norwegian, omne of the ladies at the reception desk spoke fluently Norwegian, a very good help for a very non-fluently German spekaer!

Awesome!
This hotel was fabulous! The location was close to all the metro transportation. It was clean and the staff was extremely helpful in everything we did from helping us with the underground stations to fun-filled day trips with hotel pickup! I would highly recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable.
